Welcome to the VV National Rewards Program, designed to provide additional benefits to our valued customers. By participating in this program, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • The VV National Rewards Program is available to registered customers purchasing products through the official VV National e-commerce website.
  • Customers must have an active account to earn and redeem reward points.

2. Earning Reward Points

  • Reward points are earned based on the final eligible order value, excluding shipping charges, taxes, cancellations and returns.
  • Purchase of ₹1,000 or above – reward points will be credited as per the active offer.
  • Purchase of ₹2,000 – the customer may receive 20 reward points, subject to the applicable reward rules or promotional offer.
  • The number of points awarded may vary during special promotions, festive sales or marketing campaigns.
  • The applicable reward-point calculation is shown wherever required.

3. Reward Point Credit

  • Reward points are credited to the customer's account after successful delivery and completion of the applicable return period.
  • Points are displayed in the customer's Reward Wallet on the website.
  • Points are not credited for cancelled, returned or otherwise ineligible orders.

4. Redemption of Points

  • Reward points can be used to receive discounts on eligible future purchases made through the VV National website.
  • The minimum number of points required for redemption is displayed at checkout.
  • The maximum number of points that can be redeemed in a single order may be subject to the applicable company rules.
  • Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer or any other monetary value.
  • Reward points cannot be transferred to another customer's account.

5. Validity of Points

  • Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date of credit, unless otherwise specified.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated or transferred.
  • Expiry information for applicable points is shown in the customer's wallet.

6. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

  • If an order is cancelled or returned, the reward points earned from that order are deducted from the customer's account.
  • If reward points were used for a cancelled or returned order, those points may be re-credited to the customer's wallet as per company policy.
  • Any adjustment of points due to refunds, cancellations or returns is recorded in the customer's reward-point transaction history.

7. Non-Transferability

  • Reward points are personal to the registered customer account.
  • Points cannot be transferred, sold, shared or assigned to another customer.

8. Promotional Changes

  • VV National reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program, point values, eligibility criteria, validity period or redemption rules at any time.
  • Promotional reward-point offers may have separate terms and validity periods.

9. Fraud & Misuse

  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of reward points and/or suspension of the customer's account.
  • VV National reserves the right to review and investigate suspected misuse before taking appropriate action.

10. Final Decision

The decision of VV National / Shree Vari Multiplast India Pvt Ltd regarding reward-point eligibility, calculation, credit, redemption and disputes shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
